Unless you're in Paragon or Ensidia, then you're a bottomfeeder Razz

do you pronounce Shaman as "Shar-man" or "Shay-man"?

both are incorrect. Shaman is pronounced as Sha-men.

Contrary to belief of what WoW players think Shay-man was the name blizzard gave it. It does sound better though and I use it myself.

an elemental shaman always stands in the back of the raid near the cracks on the ground. This is to make sure that none of the adds get thunderstormed as it aggravates fellow raiders but which the shaman has to do or else go out of mana( it's quite a long fight). Furthermore Thunderstorm nerfs the dps of the others as they cant cleave knockbacked mobs for extra dps.

There have been some complaints about glyphing or not glyphing the TS effect so that it no longer knockbacks. However i chose to keep it. It's a lifesaver, it gives time to push back adds on saurfang, knock shambling horrors out of the raid before they shockwave just to name a few.

False! The Horror's cone attack hits for more than 20 yards Laughing

Ow and "they all aoe besides me" false again as we always see some sneaky Fire Elemental snuck in Razz

Point is more that it agrevates the OT, which is not advisable.

HAHA ITS TIME TO PROVE YOU WRONG

thunderstorm really does save the raid from a cone effect shockwave, or atleast minimize collateral. Especially if the maintank aggroes it the melee can get oneshotted. Thats when you use it so that it doesnt hurt the melee AT LEAST for a while so that the offtank can safely pick it up after. 20 yards or not doesnt matter because if he shockwaves into nothing for 20 yards thats because of TS Very Happy
I never said that i didnt aoe (besides cl).Thunderstorm isnt that good for aoe'ing dps and it uses a global cooldown. you see i summon a totem the totem in turn summons a fire elemental. you can blame the totem for aoe'ing with his fire elemental.

last but not least i dont think the offtank minds if he sees a shambling flying his way as he doesnt have to worry about positioning it(because i did, since the hunters failed ;D) or if you talk about the little adds, he needs to taunt about 2 to 3 mobs max little mobs to keep the disease stacks high(tanked it myself) that shouldnt be an issue. The biggest problem with succesfully taunting little adds is probably the aoe threat the main tank makes by tanking lich king
